Holiday Weekends are a 3 day minimum.

Holiday prices vary. Weekly and monthly rates are also available. Please call for rates. Rates include up to 4 people, 30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, and Wifi. Electric is not included on monthly site rentals. Contact us for more information.

Reservation rates include accommodations for up to four people and two vehicles. Only one vehicle may be parked at the site; the second vehicle (and any additional vehicles) must be parked in the designated parking areas. All vehicles must display a valid parking tag; vehicles without a tag are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Extra guests are charged $4 per person per day, and extra vehicles beyond the two included incur a fee of $10 per vehicle per day.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee if canceled more then 5 days before the reservation arrival date.

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Please note that reservations are a request only and not a guarantee until your receive a confirmation from us. Must call at least 5 days or more before the arrival date to avoid the 1 (one) day cancellation fee.

All Holiday reservations must be cancelled at least 8 days before the reservation to receive a refund. NO refunds will be processed for Holiday cancellations if canceled inside the 8 day arrival window.
