Holiday Weekends are a 3 day minimum.
Holiday prices vary. Weekly and monthly rates are also available. Please call for rates. Rates include up to 4 people, 30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, and Wifi. Electric is not included on monthly site rentals. Contact us for more information.
All reservation cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee if canceled more then 5 days before the reservation arrival date.
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Please note that reservations are a request only and not a guarantee until your receive a confirmation from us. Must call at least 5 days or more before the arrival date to avoid the 1 (one) day cancellation fee.
Rolex and Holidays: Rolex and all holidays must be paid in full when reservations are made. All Holiday reservations must be cancelled at least 8 days before the reservation to receive a refund. NO refunds will be processed for Holiday cancellations if canceled inside the 8 day arrival window.
